Smoked Walleye

1 Lb | Walley filets |
1 T | PS Tackle Box |
1 | Lemon- cut into wedges |
Instructions:
- Preheat the smoker to 200 F.
- Rinse walleye filets under cold water, then place on a sheet tray. Use a needle nose plier to remove any bones. Blot walleye filets with paper towel, then season with Tackle Box.
- Place fish on an oiled grate, and smoke for 55 to 65 minutes, depending on the thickness of the filets. Walleye is done when it turns opaque and starts to flake, around 145 F.
- Serve smoked walleye warm or chilled with fresh lemon wedges.
