Smoked Turkey Legs

4 lbs. 

Turkey Legs (about 6 legs)

2 T

Olive Oil
1/3 cup Cock-A-Doodle Brew Rub



  1. Preheat smoker or grill to 225° F.

  2. Place turkey legs on a sheet tray, coat with olive oil, then season with Cock-A-Doodle Brew.

  3. Place turkey legs directly on the grate, and cook for 1 ½ hours.

  4. Increase temperature to 325, and cook another 45 to 60 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 170° F. Remove from the smoker/grill, allow to rest for 10 minutes, then serve warm.
