Smoked Pretzel Brombs
Oktoberfest aint got nothing on this bomb. Make it a smoked bomb! This pull-apart salami and prosciutto pretzel bread loaded with ale mustard and melty cheese is coming at you hot of the grill. Pull a piece before all the leaves drop.
4 Pretzel Roll Buns
8 Slices Deli Salami- Cut In Half
8 Slices Prosciuitto- Cut In Half
1 C Shredded Monterey Jack
Bier Hall Bavarian Ale Mustard
Pre heat the smoker to 450 degrees.
With a sharp knife, quarter the bun and be sure not to cut all the way through.
In each of the 4 slits place a piece of salami folded in half, opening toward the top.
Slide a piece of prosciutto inside the salami.
Spread mustard on the inner bread walls.
Stuff shredded cheese on both sides of the meat.
Place loaded buns in a cast iron and smoke for 15 mins.
Set aside for 5 mins to and serve with Bier Hall dipping mustard.
