Smoked Bone-in Pork Chops

A recipe with some serious chops. Thick-cut bone-in pork chops are seasoned heavily in our smoky, spicy and sweet Notorious P.I.G. rub then smoked until melt-in-your-mouth tender. 

Smoked Pork Chops 

Difficulty: Easy 
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 90 minutes


Pork Loin Chops, bone-in
1 T Olive Oil 
2 T Notorious P.I.G. Pulled Pork Rub



  1. Preheat your smoker to 225 F. If using a gas or charcoal grill, set it to low, indirect heat. 

  2. Drizzle olive oil on all sides of the pork chops, then season with Notorious P.I.G.

  3. Place the chops in the smoker, and smoke for 60 to 90 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 145 F is reached.

  4. Remove the pork chops from the smoker, rest for 10 minutes. Serve warm
