Ingredients
- 3 LB – Chicken Breasts, Boneless/Skinless

¼ C – Cornstarch
- 4 – Egg Whites, beaten

2 C – Flour
-
2 T – Black Gold
-
1 C – Pineapple Sriracha Wing Sauce
- Chopped Green Onion and Toasted Sesame Seeds for Garnish
Directions
- Preheat fryer to 350 degrees.
- Trim the chicken as needed and then cut into 1 ½” cubes.
- Dredge the chicken in the cornstarch until well coated.
- Season the flour with Black Gold.
- In smaller batches, toss the chicken in the beaten egg whites and then coat with flour. Sift excess flour and set the chicken on a tray.
- Once the chicken is all breaded, deep fry for 6-8 minutes until crispy and fully cooked.
- Toss the cooked chicken in Pineapple Sriracha Wing sauce.
- Seve with rice and sauteed Asian vegetables and garnish.
