Ingredients
- 2 LB – Ground Beef

5 T – Primetime Butcher’s Blend

½ C – Onion, small dice

½ C – Bell Peppers, small dice
-
¾ C – Mushrooms, small dice
- 10 Slice – Provolone Cheese
- 2 – Sub Buns
Directions
- Heat the flattop to 350 degrees.
- Sear off the ground beef. Once cooked, move it to the cool side of the flattop.
- Scrape the majority of the grease away but leave a little.
- Sauté the peppers and onion in the reserved grease for 5-6 minutes until softened.
- Add in the diced mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes until slightly browned.
- Mix the sauteed veggies with the cooked ground beef.
- Once well mixed, cut the cheese into the mixture.
- Lightly toast the sub buns.
- Scoop the meat mixture onto the buns and serve.
- Enjoy!
