Ingredients

2 LB – Ground Beef
5 T – Primetime Butcher’s Blend
½ C – Onion, small dice
½ C – Bell Peppers, small dice
¾ C – Mushrooms, small dice
10 Slice – Provolone Cheese
2 – Sub Buns

Directions

Heat the flattop to 350 degrees.
Sear off the ground beef. Once cooked, move it to the cool side of the flattop.
Scrape the majority of the grease away but leave a little.
Sauté the peppers and onion in the reserved grease for 5-6 minutes until softened.
Add in the diced mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes until slightly browned.
Mix the sauteed veggies with the cooked ground beef.
Once well mixed, cut the cheese into the mixture.
Lightly toast the sub buns.
Scoop the meat mixture onto the buns and serve.
