Hoagie, Subs, Grinders, or whatever you want to call it, you've got to try this chicken bacon ranch sammy!

Ingredients
2 LB – Chicken Thighs, boneless/skinless
1 LB – Bacon
4 T – Cock-A-Doodle Brew Beer Can Chicken Rub
½ C – Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
½ C – Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
2 – Sub Buns
½ C – Ranch Dressing
Directions
- Roughly chop the bacon and the chicken.
- Preheat flattop to 350 degrees.
- Cook the bacon on the flattop first. Once the bacon is well rendered, push it to the cool side of the flattop.
- Scrape some of the bacon fat from the flattop, but reserve enough for cooking the chicken.
- Place the chicken on the flattop and season generously with Cock-A-Doodle Brew rub.
- Sear and cook the chicken until well cooked.
- Add the bacon to the chicken and toss together.
- Toast the sub buns on the flattop until lightly browned.
- Scoop the chicken/bacon mixture into the sub buns.
- Top the sandwiches with the shredded cheese and then drizzle with ranch.
- Enjoy!

I made these tonight and it was awesome and quick to make and put together I did melt the mozzarella on the bun in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes tasted like my favorite place to get grinders however, as quick and easy as these are to put together I won’t be going back there all that much.
