Orange-Bourbon Glazed Shrimp

Cook time: 15 minutes
|Shrimp, cleaned & deveined|
|1 tsp||On the Rocks Bourbon Pepper|
|1 tsp||Maple Syrup|
- Preheat grill to 450° F.
Skewer shrimp. If using wooden skewers, pre-soak in water for 10 minutes. Set aside.
In a medium skillet, whisk together bourbon, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning, and syrup. Bring to boil, then remove from heat and whisk in butter.
Grill shrimp 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Transfer to skillet and coat with glaze. Transfer to small platter and crank a couple finishing grinds of seasoning on shrimp skewers. Serve hot.
