Orange-Bourbon Glazed Shrimp

 Add some old-fashioned flavor to your shrimp with our On the Rocks blend of bloody orange, bourbon and cracked pepper. 

Orange-Bourbon Glazed Shrimp

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves: 3-6


8 oz. 

Shrimp, cleaned & deveined

2 T

1/4 tsp Worcestershire 
1 tsp On the Rocks Bourbon Pepper
1 tsp Maple Syrup
3 T Butter



  1. Preheat grill to 450° F.
  2. Skewer shrimp.  If using wooden skewers, pre-soak in water for 10 minutes.  Set aside.

  3. In a medium skillet, whisk together bourbon, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning, and syrup.  Bring to boil, then remove from heat and whisk in butter.

  4. Grill shrimp 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.  Transfer to skillet and coat with glaze. Transfer to small platter and crank a couple finishing grinds of seasoning on shrimp skewers.  Serve hot.
