Farmhouse Frittata

You won't be-LEAF how tasty and easy this Farmhouse Frittata is. Filled with eggs, asparagus, spinach and parmesan cheese, this frittata is perfect for a healthy breakfast or dinner. 

Farmhouse Frittata

Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4



Large Eggs

1/4 cup

Whole Milk
1 1/2 tsp Farm House Veggie Blend, divided
2 T  Butter
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup  Scallions, sliced thinly 
1 cup  Asparagus, sliced thinly 
2 cups Spinach, fresh, chopped
1/3 cup  Parmesan, shredded
1 tsp  Italian Parsley



  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and 1 teaspoon of Farm House. Set aside.

  3. Heat butter and oil In a small cast iron skillet, over medium heat. Sauté scallions and asparagus for 2 minutes, then add spinach and ½ teaspoon Farm House and sauté another minute.

  4. Pour egg mixture over vegetables, and gently stir with rubber spatula. Add parmesan cheese and stir to incorporate. Top with parsley and bake 16 to 18 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven, cool 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
