We were tired of the same old same old breakfast! Try out these amazing breakfast skewers! Start your mornings off right!

Ingredients
- 16 Slice – Bacon (thick cut)
- 16 Piece – Breakfast Sausage (raw)
- 32 pieces – Tater Tots (thawed)

3 T – Lumberjack - Hickory Maple
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lay the bacon flat on a foil lined tray and par cook in the oven, about 15 minutes.
- Soak 8 bamboo skewers in water for 15 minutes.
- Allow the bacon to cool and then cut in ½. Season the bacon with Lumberjack while it is still warm.
- Cut the sausage links in ½
- Wrap a piece of bacon around each piece of sausage.
- Skewer the bacon wrapped sausage 4 per skewer alternating each with a tater tot. (be gentle with the tots as they can break.
- Preheat smoker to 350 degrees.
- Place the skewers on the smoker and cook until the bacon crisps and the sausage is cooked through.
- Serve the skewers over eggs or in a pancake like a taco!
