Grilled Cajun Shrimp

The kicked-up seasoning on these shrimp makes this a flavor-packed dish. Serve over rice or alongside your favorite BBQ sides, but be sure to squeeze with lemon wedges for a bright and fresh finish. 

Grilled Cajun Shrimp

Difficulty: Easy
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Serves: 5

Ingredients:

1 lb.  Shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tsp Olive Oil
TT 

Bad Juju Cajun Blend

1/2  Lemon, cut into wedges

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to 450° F.

  2. Skewer the shrimp (about 5 per skewer), brush with olive oil, then season with Bad Juju. If using wooden skewers, presoak in warm water for at least 15 minutes. 

  3. Grill shrimp for 3 to 5 minutes (depending on shrimp size), flipping halfway.

  4. Remove from the grill and serve warm with fresh lemon wedges.
