Ingredients

3 Lb Chuck Roast

2 T Cooking Oil

1 Onion- Diced
-
6 Cloves- Garlic, Thin Sliced

1 Lime, Juiced

1/4 Cup El Jefe Adobo Honey Taco Seasoning & Rub

1 Cup Beef Broth
Directions
Cut the chuck roast into 4” pieces and trim excess fat. Season with salt and pepper.
In a saute pan, heat oil over medium high heat. Sear the meat on all sides.
Place the meat in a slow cooker and add remaining ingredients.
Set the slow cooker to 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the solids from the slow cooker. Shred together.
Add the meat back to the slow cooker to hold hot.
Serve in tortillas with diced onion and cilantro.
