Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees.
Remove the membrane from the underside of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towel. Trim the ribs as needed.
Slather the ribs with molasses, this will be the binder to help the rub adhere.
Season the ribs on all sides generously with Blue Ribbon Rub. Let the ribs rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Place the ribs directly on the smoker. Smoke for 4-5 hours until the ribs are probe tender, but not fall off the bone.
Baste the ribs with Mug Shot Root Beer BBQ Sauce.
Place it back on the smoker for 20-30 minutes to tack on the sauce.
Remove the ribs from the smoker at rest for 15 minutes before serving with an extra side of Mug Shot for dipping.
