1 lb ground beef

½ yellow onion, diced

3 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Backyard Burger seasoning

1 stick unsalted butter, room temp

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp chopped parsley
-
1 tsp lemon juice for the cowboy butter

2 tsp minced garlic
-
½ tsp paprika
-
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
Salt & pepper
-
1 pack Hawaiian rolls (12 count)

Sliced American cheese
-
6–8 slices cooked bacon, chopped

1–2 cups crispy fried onions

Pickled or fresh jalapeños (optional)

Sweet potato fries (for serving) baked by following directions on back of bag.

Mayonnaise + The Works seasoning (for aioli)
Directions
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onions until the onions are soft and translucent. Stir in a couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce and season generously with Backyard Burger Blend.
In a small bowl, mix all cowboy butter ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- On the bottom halves of the buns, layer the cooked beef mixture, slices of cheese, crispy bacon, caramelized onions, crispy fried onions, and jalapeños (optional).
- Place the top halves of the buns on the sandwiches, then brush the tops with the prepared cowboy butter.
Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden and toasty.
Serve warm with sweet potato fries and a side of aioli sauce for dipping.
