Country style boneless ribs bathed in our Blue Ribbon BBQ sauce and smoked till melt-in-your-mouth tender! Need we say more?
Ingredients

3 Lbs – Country Style Boneless Pork Ribs
-
6 T – Blue Ribbon Competition-Style BBQ Rib Rub
-
1 C – Blue Ribbon - Competition-Style BBQ Sauce

1 ½ C – Chicken Stock
- ½ Stick - Butter
Directions
Preheat smoker to 350 degrees.
Cut the butter into chunks and place in a dutch oven along with the chicken stock.
Season the pork generously with Blue Ribbon Rub and place into the dutch over. (Try to keep it one layer)
Cover with the lid and place on the smoker for 1 ½ hours or until the pork is tender.
Remove the pork from the liquid and place it on a rack lined sheet tray. Baste the pork generously with Blue Ribbon BBQ Sauce
Place back on the smoker for 10-15 minutes until the sauce is well tacked to the meat.
