Getting zesty! Our tender breaded asparagus sticks are kicking it up a notch with a smashing lemon pepper twist. Take a dip, right into the velvety lemon aioli and repeat until all asparagus is consumed!

Ingredients
2 Bunches of Asparagus- Medium Thickness
1 1/2 Cups Flour
2 T Water
1 Cup Plain Breadcrumbs
1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs

2 T Citrus Smash Lemon Pepper
1/2 Cup Mayo
2 t Lemon Juice
Directions
Cut off the tough bitter ends of the asparagus.
Set up the breading station, beat the eggs with water. Combine the two breadcrumbs.
Season all 3 steps with Citrus Smash.
Dredge theasparagus in flour, then egg wash and then finally bread in the breadcrumbs and lay on a tray lined with parchment.
Lay flat and in one layer at a time in the air fryer set to 400 degrees for 7 minutes.
While cooking, combine the mayo, a few cranks of citrus smash and lemon juice to make the aioli.
Dip and enjoy!
