Ingredients
-
1 Can – Pizza Dough
-
1 Jar – Pizza Sauce
-
12 oz – Mozzarella Cheese
-
5 oz – Pepperoni, diced
-
4 oz – Butter
-
2 TB – Butter Blizzard
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the pizza dough and divide it into 8 equal sections.
Flatten and gently stretch each piece of dough until it’s about 50% larger than its original size.
Spoon about 2 teaspoons of pizza sauce into the center of each dough section.
Top with 3 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 teaspoon diced pepperoni.
Fold the short ends of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
Fold in the remaining edges, forming a tight roll, and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter, then season generously with PS Seasoning Butter Blizzard Seasoning Blend, stirring to combine.
Repeat the filling and shaping process with the remaining dough pieces.
Brush the tops of the pizza rolls generously with the Butter Blizzard butter mixture.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and fully cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping and enjoy.
