Ingredients
-
3 LB – Wings
-
2 TB – Avocado Oil
-
5 TB – Butter Blizzard
-
4 oz – Butter, melted
Directions
Preheat your grill to 350°F, setting it up for indirect heat.
Trim the chicken wings as needed, then place them in a large bowl and toss with avocado oil until evenly coated.
Season the wings generously on all sides with PS Seasoning Butter Blizzard Seasoning Blend, making sure each wing is well covered.
Arrange the wings on the grill over indirect heat.
Close the lid and cook for 20 minutes.
Flip the wings and continue cooking until they reach an internal temperature of 170°F, about 15–20 minutes more depending on wing size.
Brush the wings with melted butter, coating evenly.
Move the wings over direct heat and grill for a few minutes per side until the skin is crispy and lightly charred to your liking.
Remove from the grill and serve hot.
