T-Bone Steaks, about 1" thick

Olive Oil


On the Rocks Bourbon Pepper



  1. Preheat the grill to 450° F.

  2. Drizzle olive oil over steaks then season generously on all sides with On The Rocks.

  3. Grill steaks 3 to 5 minutes per side, then remove from the grill and rest for 10 minutes before serving.
