Throwing out a curve ball with this one. Our Bee Sting Pulled Pork and Pancakes ishawt!Grab a stack of fluffy golden pancakes slathered in butter and if we still don’t have your attention add some buzzbetween each pancake with a pile of honey chipotle pulled pork drizzled in honey. Yeah, I see you drooling over there!
Ingredients
3 Lb Pork Sirloin Tip Roast

1/2 Cup Bee Sting Hot Honey Chipotle BBQ Rub
2 T Cooking Oil
1 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
1 Stick Salted Butter
3/4 Cup Honey
12 Pancakes
Directions
Cut the pork into 3” pieces and season generously with Bee Sting Rub.
In a skillet with oil, or in the pressure cooker, sear off the meat on all sides.
Place the meat in the pressure cooker and add chicken stock. Set to high and pressure cook for 40 minutes with 10 minutes of natural release. Then quick release.
Remove the pork and shred. (add a little of the liquid if needed to keep moist)
Make pancake based on recipe or mix.
Stack the pancakes with pulled pork in between each one.
Serve with lots of butter and honey.
