Ingredients

1 – Pizza Crust (PS Seasoning Homemade Pizza Kit)
¾ C – Memphis King Tangy BBQ Sauce
1 ¼ C – Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1 ½ C – Chicken Breast, cooked and diced
½ - Red onion, julienned
1 – Jalapeno, sliced
2 T – Cilantro, chopped

Directions

Follow the directions on the package for making the pizza crusts. We will be using one par baked pizza crust for this recipe.
Spread ½ cup of Memphis King BBQ sauce on the par baked crust and spread it around the crust, leaving a ¾” crust.
Spread the chicken on the crust. (chicken will go under the cheese to avoid drying out)
Top with cheese and then spread out the sliced onion and jalapenos.
Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, rotating once ½ way through.
Finish the pizza with an extra drizzle of Memphis King and sprinkled cilantro.
