Air Fryer Citrus Smash Shrimp

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 380 degrees.  

2. Take 2 medium bowls. 1 will be for eggs add 1 t Citrus Smash. The other will be for panko bread crumbs add 1 T Citrus smash. 

3. Rinse shrimp and pat dry. 

4. Hold shrimp by tail and dip in egg, then dip in panko until fully coated. Place shrimp on a large plate and repeat process until all shrimp are dipped and coated. 

5. Spray a layer of cooking spray on shrimp and another sprinkle of Citrus smash. 

6. Place shrimp in the air fryer basket with the spray side down. 

7. Spray shrimp with a top coat of cooking spray and add one more twist of Citrus Smash.  

8. Cook for 8 minute and at 4 minutes flip the shrimp to the opposite side. 

9. Finish cooking and plate the shrimp. 

10. Add a squeeze of lemon and dip in cocktail sauce.
