Meatloaf like grandma use to make!
- Usage for 1 lb. meat = 1/3 cup seasoning.
- Contains: Soy, Wheat
- No MSG
Directions
SUGGESTED INGREDIENTS for a 25 # Batch:
(May be done with all Pork or all Beef)
- 20 lbs 90% lean beef trims or wild game
- 5 lbs 85% iean pork trims
- 7 cups distilled water
- 1 pkg Meatloaf seasoning
Grind all meat through 1/8” plate. Regrind through 3/16” plate. Or grind all
product through 3/16” plate twice. Add water and seasoning to meat and
mix thoroughly.
Preheat smoker to 180°F. Place loaves in pans greased with butter or
margarine. Insert probe to center of one loaf (through port on side). Turn
heat to 220-225°F, with dampers top and bottom % open. Roast until
internal temperature reaches 160°F.
NOTE: You may stuff product into 8 x 24” (05-0125) casings and roast the
same way.
