Our all purpose curing salt is a form of speed cure. Use on meats to extend shelf life, cured color and to preserve spice and smoke flavors. This product comes unflavored and can be paired with any seasoning mixture.
- Use 1 oz. to 25 lbs. of meat.
Great for:
- Smoked Sausage
- Poultry
- Fish
- Ham
- Bacon
- Venison
- Jerky
INGREDIENTS
Salt, Sodium Nitrite (6.25%), Red 3 and With Less Than 1% Glycerine (Prevents Caking).
Caution: Nitrates are used in curing meats. Keep out of reach of children.
