Whipped Goat Cheese Steak Sandwich

1 | Steak- Cut of your choice |
1/4 Cup | Red Pepper - sliced |
1 | Zucchini- Flat lengthwise strips |
3 T |
Butter ( 2 T for whipped goat cheese) |
1-2 t | Multi Tool |
1 Cup | Carrot- Shredded |
2 Slices |
Provolone |
1/2 | Avocado- Sliced |
2 Slices |
Texas Toast |
1-2 T | Mayonnaise |
2 Oz | Goat Cheese- Plain |
Instructions:

In a skillet melt 1 T butter and brown zucchini strips on both sides add a shake of PS Multi Tool and set aside.

Sauté red pepper and cooked push peppers into a round shape and top with 1 slice provolone, remove from pan and set aside keeping the round in tact and adding 2nd piece of cheese.

Spread mayonnaise on both sides of Texas toast and add a sprinkle of Multi Tool and brown both sides of bread then set aside.

In skillet reheat your steak a couple minutes per side to warm it. Don’t over cook. After heated slice steak into ¼ strips.
- In a small bowl add goat cheese, butter, ¼ t PS Multi Tool and mix with a fork until fully combined and smooth.

On bottom toast, spread goad cheese, layer steak strips, cover in zucchini strips, top with red pepper cheese round, and finish with sliced avocado. Add a finishing shake of PS Multi Tool to avocado and place on the top toast.
