Ingredients
- 2 LB – Venison, whole muscle
-
2 T – Wild Game Seasoning
- 16 Slice – Bacon
-
¾ C – Cherry Bomb Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Preheat smoker to 300 degrees.
- Cut the venison into 1 oz pieces.
- Wrap each piece of venison in a ½ slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the bites on a rack lined tray and onto the smoker for 30-35 minutes until the bacon is well rendered.
- Baste generously with Cherry Bomb BBQ Sauce and return to the smoker for 10 minutes to adhere the sauce.
- Rest 5 minutes before enjoying
