Ingredients

1 ½ LB – Ground Beef

2 TB – The Works Burger Blend
- 4 – Double Decker Sesame Seeded Burger Buns
- 16 Slice – American Cheese
- 2 Cup – Iceberg Lettuce, Shredded
- ½ Cup – Onion, Small Dice
- 24 – Dill Pickle Chips
- ¾ Cup – Mayo

2 TB – Bier Hall Bavarian Ale Mustard
- ¼ Cup – Ketchup
- 3 TB – Dice Pickle
- 1 TB – The Works Burger Blend
The Works Sauce
Directions
- Preheat griddle to 350 degrees.
- Portion the ground beef into 16 meatballs, 1 ½ oz each.
- Make the Works sauce by combining the listed ingredients and mixing well.
- Place a meatball on the griddle and press with a heavy-duty spatula or burger press until it is ¼” thick.
- Season generously with The Works Burger Blend.
- Once the burger is caramelized, flip and top with a slice of American cheese. Repeat with the remaining patties.
- Toast the burger buns and then build.
- Spread 1 ½ TB of the Works sauce on the bottom bun and then add lettuce pickles and onion. Place 2 burger patties on the vegetables.
- Place the middle bun on top of the burger and then repeat the same ingredients again.
- Replace the top bun. Repeat with the other burgers and serve.
