Steak Tenderloin with Red Wine & Shallot Sauce

Beef Tenderloin Filets, 6 oz. each |
2-3 T |

1 T |
Olive Oil |
½ cup |
Red Wine |
2 T |
Butter, cold |
Instructions:
- Season each side of tenderloin filet generously with King Shallot. Set aside.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and swirl it around in the bottom of the skillet. Sear tenderloin for 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare and remove from pan. Allow steak to rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add wine to skillet to deglaze pan. Remove from heat and whisk in butter until a sauce forms. Serve over steak and enjoy!
