Ingredients
- ● 1 LB – Walleye, skin on
- ● 1 tsp – Olive Oil

● 2 TB – Buried Treasure
Directions
- 1. Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees.
- 2. Lightly oil the fish with olive oil and then season generously with Buried treasure.
- 3. Place the fish in the smoker and smoke for 45-75 minutes until firm and the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
- 4. Rest 10 minutes.
- 5. Use tweezers to remove the pin-bones. (they will be easier to remove after cooking)
- 6. Serve with cheese, crackers and lots of lemon.
- 7. Enjoy!
