Ingredients

4 Sweet Potatoes

2 T Cooking Oil
-
2 T Apple Pie Cinnamon Spice Rub

8 Slices Bacon- Cooked, Chopped

2 Oz Marshmallows

4 T Chopped Pecans
Directions
Preheat smoker to 250 degrees.
Wash the sweet potatoes and then rub them with the cooking oil.
Place on the smoker and cook for 90-100 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Make a slice ½ way into the potato, lengthwise along the potato and squeeze from the ends to open.
Sprinkle the inside of the potatoes with apple pie rub and then fill them with the bacon, marshmallows and chopped nuts.
Place back on the smoker for 10-20 minutes or until the marshmallows are melty and the pecans are slightly toasted.
Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
