Make your steak the star of the show with this salt, pepper, and glitter SPG rub! All the classic flavors with a shimmering shine.
Ingredients
- (2) 14 oz – Ribeye Steak
- 4 TB – Say “I Moo” SPG Rub
- Butter
Directions
- Preheat the grill to high heat (450+) set up for direct cooking.
- Season the steaks generously with Say “I Moo” SPG rub and allow them to rest at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
- Place the steaks on the grill and gently press them down onto the grates.
- Grill for 3 minutes and then rotate ¼ turn.
- Cook another 2 minutes, then flip the steak, again gently pressing the meat into the grates.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes and give them a ¼ turn.
- Cook the steaks until they reach an internal temperature of 125 degrees.
- Remove from the heat and allow them to rest for 15 minutes.
- Finish the steaks with a few tabs of butter and enjoy!
