Ingredients
- 1 LB – Ground Beef

3 TB – Prime Time Butcher’s Blend
- ¼ Cup – Diced Onion
- ¼ Cup – Diced Carrot
- 1 TB – Minced Garlic
- ½ Cup – Red Wine
- ½ Cup – Peas
- 2 Cup – Mashed Potatoes
- 12 – Spring Roll Wraps
- 1 – Egg
Directions
- In a large skillet, brown off the ground beef over medium high heat.
- Once fully cooked strain off excess grease and set the meat aside.
- Sauté the carrots and onion for 5-6 minutes until translucent. Add garlic and cook additional 2 minutes, stirring often.
- Add in the ground beef and season generously with Prime Time Butcher’s Blend.
- Add peas and red wine. Cook until the wine is mostly evaporated.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool fully.
- Beat the egg in a small bowl.
- Place 3 TB of mashed potatoes in the center of a spring roll wrap and spread to 3”X4”.
- Place 3 TB of the meat mixture on top of the mashed potatoes and spread to cover the potatoes.
- Brush the edges of the wrap with egg wash and then roll the egg roll up.
- Take the corner closest to you and fold in over the filling, pulling back slightly to condense the contents.
- Bring in the sides and then finish rolling away from you.
- Preheat fryer to 350 degrees.
- Fry the egg rolls for 5-6 minutes or until hot and crispy brown.
- Cool 3-4 minutes and enjoy!
