Memphis BBQ Meatloaf
Check out the backyard BBQ inside this meatloaf! Pumping up you old school meatloaf with baked beans, chunks of bacon and French’s fried onions! Top it off with tangy BBQ sauce and stick a fork in it!
Preheat smoker to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, rib meat, cooked bacon, eggs, breadcrumbs, French’s Fried Onions, beans and Multi Tool Seasoning. Mix together with your hand until well combined.
In a loaf pan, pack in the meat mixture. Try to avoid any air pockets.
Place the meatloaf on the smoker for 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
Drizzle the top of the meatloaf with the Memphis King BBQ sauce and spread evenly with a basting brush if needed.
Return the meatloaf to the smoker for an additional 10 minutes to tack on the BBQ sauce.
Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10-15 minutes before removing it from the pan.
Slice and serve. Enjoy!
