|1 lb.||Ground Beef (85/15)|
|2 tsp||Grate State Cheesy Blend|
|2 cups||Grate-est Mac 'n Cheese|
In a mixing bowl, add ground beef. Mix in Grate State and The Backyard and mix thoroughly to combine. Create 4 equal patties by hand and gently press down in the middle of the patty (Doing this will prevent the burger from doming up while cooking).
Grill or sear in a cast iron skillet to desired doneness. For medium-rare/medium, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Rest 3 minutes, then transfer each patty to the bottom half of a hamburger bun. Top each patty with ½ cup of Grate State Mac ‘N Cheese. Place top half of hamburger bun over mac n’ cheese and enjoy.
