Ingredients
- 6 – Jumbo All Beef Hotdogs
- 6 – Hot Dog Buns

½ C – Black Belt Korean BBQ Sauce

1 C– Kimchi

¼ C – Green Onion

2 T– Toasted Sesame Seeds

¾ C – Mayo
-
½ C – Red Rooster Sweet Chile Sauce
Directions
- Preheat grill and set up for indirect cooking, about 350 degrees.
- Place the hotdogs on the grill over indirect heat. Cook for 10-12 minutes until hot and then move over direct heat.
- Baste with Black Belt and rotate often as you lightly char the dogs to your liking.
- Make the Bang Bang sauce by combining the mayo and Red Rooster.
- Build the dogs by setting a grilled hotdog on a bun. Top them with kimchi and a drizzle of the bang bang sauce.
- Finish with a garnish of toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
