Jalapeno Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
Stuffed to the max with Shrimp, Bacon, and Jalapenos these bite sized snacks will have everyone running for more! Smothered in Peach Buzz Bourbon BBQ Sauce makes for a sweet and tangy taste!
16 – Shrimp, 16/20 Shrimp (Peeled and Deveined)
8 Slices – Bacon
2 – Jalapenos
½ C – Peach Buzz Bourbon BBQ Sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lay bacon out on a sheet tray and cook in the oven for 20 minutes, or until about 50% cooked. Allow to cool.
Preheat grill to medium high heat, about 400 degrees.
Cut the jalapeno in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Slice each half into 4 slices.
Cut the par-cooked bacon in half.
Butterfly the shrimp and place a slice of jalapeno along the back of the shrimp. Wrap the shrimp with a half slice of bacon and then skewer.
Grill the shrimp for 3-4 minutes each side and then baste with Peach Buzz BBQ sauce.
Grill for another 2-3 minutes to tack on the sauce.
