                      Ingredients
- 2 LB – Salmon
- 
2 C – Buttermilk 
- 
            
½ C – Honky Tonk Nashville Hot Chicken Sauce 
- 
3 C – Flour 
- 
            
3 T – Honky Tonk Nashville Hot Chicken Rub 
Sauce
- 
1 C – Mayo 
- 
            
1/3 C – Honky Tonk Nashville Hot Chicken Sauce 
- 
¼ C - Honey 
Directions
- Trim, debone and skin the salmon. Cut into 2” cubes.
- Place the salmon in a bowl with the buttermilk and ½ cup of Honky Tonk sauce. Allow to marinate for at least an hour, up to 4.
- Combine the flour and Honky Tonk rub.
- Take a piece of salmon and dredge it in the flour. Place it back in the buttermilk and then once again back in the flour to double bread.
- Pan fry the salmon pieces at 325 degrees until crispy and 155 degrees internal temperature.
- Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Plate the salmon bites and drizzle with sauce.
