Flanken-Style Beef Short Ribs
Get all the beefy flavor of short ribs with a quarter of the cooking time with these grilled flanken-style short ribs. Korean-style short ribs, also known as "flanken," are cut lengthwise across the rib bones to create a thin slice of tender rib meat. The thinner slices allow for faster cooking on the grill and soak up more of our bold and beefyTexas Rodeo Rub. Note: if you can't find these at your local grocer, be sure to ask for them from your butcher.
