Everything Bagel Salmon Dip

Think of this dip like a deconstructed version of your favorite bagel with lox. This easy dip features creamy cream cheese swirled with our crunchy and savory Everything Bagel seasoning and topped with flaked baked salmon. You can also substitute baked salmon for cured or smoked salmon. 

Everything Bagel Salmon Dip

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

1/3 cup 

Mayonnaise

½ cup

Sour Cream

3 oz.

Cream Cheese, softened

1 1/2 tsp 

Open Sesame Everything Bagel, divided

5 oz. 

Salmon Filet (can also use Smoked Salmon)

1/2 tsp

Scallions, thinly sliced

1 T Capers (optional)

 

Bagel Chips or Sliced Baguette for serving

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Season salmon filet with ½ teaspoon of Open Sesame. Bake on a small sheet pan or skillet for 10 minutes. Cool completely, then flake. Set aside.

  2. Place mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, and 1 teaspoon of Open Sesame in a small food processor. Process for 20 seconds, until smooth. Add salmon, and pulse 4 times to incorporate. Use a rubber spatula to transfer to serving dish. Garnish with scallions. Serve with bagel chips, or sliced baguette.
