Let’s wing it with Elote Loco Wings! Tender, smoky white meat wings get a crispy chili-Parmesan crust, then are topped with creamy cotija-lime sauce and bright cilantro—an addictive flavor bomb for game day, tailgating, or anytime you crave bold Mexican street corn flair.

Ingredients

2 Lbs Wings

2 T Cooking Oil

2 T Elote Loco Street Corn Blend

1/2 Cup Mayo
-
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
-
1 Cup Cotija Cheese- Shredded
-
1 T Elote Loco Street Corn Blend

1 T Lime Juice
-
2 T Cilantro - Chopped
Directions
Preheat smoker (or grill) to 250 degrees.
Marinate the wings with cooking oil and 2 TB of Elote Loco.
Place the wings on the smoker for 1 hour and 15 minutes, turning ½ way through
While the wings are smoking, combine the mayo, sour cream, ½ of the cheese and 1 TB of Elote Loco. Set aside.
After the initial smoke of the wings, turn the temperature of the smoker up to 350 degrees to crisp the wings. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.
Allow the wings to rest for 5 minutes before tossing them in the sauce.
Drizzle fresh squeezed lime juice, sprinkle remaining cheese and garnish with chopped cilantro.
