Ingredients

2 4-6 Oz Salmon Filets

1 T Citrus Smash Lemon Pepper

2 Brioche Buns
-
2 Leaves Lettuce
-
2 Slices Tomato
-
2 Slices Red Onion

1/4 Cup Mayo
-
1/2 t Dried Tarragon Leaves
Directions
Season Salmon filets with citrus smash and set aside.
Mix mayo, tarragon leaves, and garlic salt and set aside.
Heat a sauté pan over medium high heat. Once hot add 2 TB oil. Sear the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked. (155 degrees).
Toast the buns if desired and build your sandwiches. Lettuce, tomato and onion on the bottom bun, followed by the salmon filet and a dollop of the tarragon aioli.
