Braised Short Ribs
Bring your fancy pants for this dish! These succulent Prime Time Braised Short Ribs are mega meaty and juicing with flavor! Pour a glass of wine and inhale a swirl of fine dining smells from your very own kitchen!
2 Lb Boneless Beef Short Ribs- 8 Oz Poritons
4 T Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub
2 T Cooking Oil
1 Large Carrot
1 Medium Onion
2 Stalks Celery
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Sprig Rosemary
1/2 C Red Wine
2 C Beef Broth
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Generously season the short ribs, on all sides, with Prime Time Butcher’s Blend.
Heat the cooking oil in a sauté pan over medium high heat. Sear off the short ribs on all sides.
Rough chop the onion, carrot and celery. Place them in a baking dish along with the cloves of garlic and rosemary.
Place the seared short ribs on top of the vegetables and pour in the wine and beef broth.
Cover with parchment and then with foil and place in the oven for 3 to 3 ½ hours, or until the short ribs are fork tender.
Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
