Blue Ribbon Hot Dog Burnt Ends
So you know about Pork Belly Burnt Ends and Brisket Burnt Ends, but how 'bout Hot Dog Burnt Ends? A fancy word for smoked cocktail wienies, these delicious little morsels are coated in our Blue Ribbon Kansas City BBQ Sauce, brown sugar and butter then caramelized on the grill.

Blue Ribbon Hot Dog Burnt Ends

Hot Dogs |
1/4 cup |
Dark Brown Sugar |
3/4 cup | Blue Ribbon BBQ Sauce |
6 T | Butter, cubed |
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to 375° F.
- Cut each smoked hot dog into 1 ½ to 2-inch pieces, then place in a mixing bowl. Add brown sugar and Blue Ribbon BBQ sauce, then toss well to coat.
- Divide hot dogs into 2 cast iron skillets then dot with cubed butter.
- Transfer the skillets to the grill, and cook 20-25 minutes, stirring frequently until hot dogs begin to caramelize.
- Remove from grill and serve warm.
