Apple Pie Oatmeal Raisin Cookie

3 | Eggs |
1 1/2 Cups | Raisins |
1 t | Vanilla |
1 Cup | Brown Sugar |
1 Cup | Sugar |
1 Cup | Unsalted Butter |
2 1/2 Cup | All Purpose Flour |
2 t | Baking Soda |
1 t | Salt |
1 T | PS Apple Pie Rub |
2 Cup | Old Fashioned Oats |
Instruction:

Beat eggs, vanilla and raisins in small bowl and chill in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.

Cream butter for 2 minutes, add sugar slowly and mix for 1 minute, finally add the brown sugar and mix for another 2- 3 minutes.

In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients. (flour, salt, baking soda, PS Apple Pie Rub)

Add flour to butter mixture 1 cup at a time until all thoroughly mixed. Add egg mixture and combine. Add in oatmeal and mix well.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
