Apple Pie Crumble Cheesecake

This dessert is mega delicious! Think apple pie on cheesecake topped with a cinnamon crumble!!! It's so good, you won't have leftovers for long.

Apple Pie Crumble Cheesecake

Serves: 6-8



2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 Cup

Light Brown Sugar

1 tsp

Apple Pie Rub

6 T

Butter- Melted
Cheesecake Filling:

12 Oz

Cream Cheese- Softened

1/2 Cup 


1 1/2 tsp


 2 T

All- Purpose Flour


Crumble Topping:

1/2 Cup

All-Purpose Flour

1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar


1/2 Cup
Quick Cook Oats

1 tsp 

Apple Pie Rub

1/2 tsp


1/4 cup

Butter- Melted
Apple Filling:

Medium Apples- Peel and cubed

1 T

Butter- Melted

1/4 Cup

Light Brown Sugar

1 tsp 

Apple Pie Rub

1 T

Lemon Juice

1 1/2 tsp 

Corn Starch

1/2 Cup 




  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Grease spring from cheesecake pan with butter

  3. In a medium bowl mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, butter and Apple Pie Rub until combined

  4. Firmly press graham mixture into pan and on the walls of the pan

  5. Bake for 8 minutes and set aside to cool

  6. In a medium bowl add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and flour. Beat for 2-3 minutes until smooth and then add egg and lightly beat for up to 60 seconds. Set aside

  7. In a medium bowl, add flour, oats, PS Apple Pie Rub, cinnamon and butter and mix until combined and forms into crumbles. Set aside.

  8. In a medium sauce pan  on medium/low heat add apples, butter, sugar, Apple Pie Rub, cinnamon, lemon juice, corn starch and water. Slowly stir for about 10 minutes until mix thickens and to prevent burning. Set aside to cool for 5-10 minutes, or place in a bowl and put in fridge until ready to use.

  9. In pie crust spoon in cheesecake filling and gently press to the edges.

  10. Add apple filling to cheesecake and press topping to the edges of crust.

  11. Top with pie crumble and bake for 30-35 minutes. If top begins to brown to quickly cover loosely with foil for remaining time

  12. Cool cheese cake for 30 minutes and place in the fridge until ready to serve

  13. Top with caramel sauce, whipped cream, and a scoop of ice cream
