3 Amigos Smoked Pork Braid
3 is better than 1. Whether it is 3 amigos or a 3 strand braid this loin is triple the flavor and all of the meat. Our tri-seasoned smoked pork give you options when you just don’t want to choose! It looks like three’s company and delicious is served!
Preheat smoker to 225 degrees.
Trim excess fat from the pork loin and cut out silver-skin.
Starting about 2 inches from the end, cut the loin lengthwise into 3 equal sized parts. Leave the connected end intact to hold the braid together.
Season each strand of pork with a different rub.
Braid the three strands. When you come to the end, use a skewer to hold the three pieces together.
Place the braided loin on the smoker for 2 ½ - 3 hours or until the roast reaches 145 degrees.
Allow the pork to rest for 15 minutes before carving.
