Ingredients

4-5 Lb Pork Loin- Boneless
1/2 Cup El Dinero Hatch Chili Verde Taco Seasoning & Rub
1/2 Cup El Jefe Adobo Honey Taco Seasoning & Rub
1/2 Cup El Capitan Baja Chili Citrus Taco Seasoning & Rub

Directions

Preheat smoker to 225 degrees.
Trim excess fat from the pork loin and cut out silver-skin.
Starting about 2 inches from the end, cut the loin lengthwise into 3 equal sized parts. Leave the connected end intact to hold the braid together.
Season each strand of pork with a different rub.
Braid the three strands. When you come to the end, use a skewer to hold the three pieces together.
Place the braided loin on the smoker for 2 ½ - 3 hours or until the roast reaches 145 degrees.
Allow the pork to rest for 15 minutes before carving.
