Hot Chocolate French Toast

Slices thick cut sweet bread, such as Brioche, Pullman or Hawaiian
|1/3 Cup||Dark Hot Chocolate Mix|
|1 Cup||Whole Milk|
|1/2 Cup||Chocolate Chips|
|1/4 Cup||Heavy Whipping Cream|
|Whipped Cream for Serving|
1) In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla, hot chocolate and milk. Soak the sliced bread for 10-15 minutes in the hot chocolate mixture.
2) Over medium low heat, add the butter to the pan and fry the French Toast for 1-2 minutes on either side or until darkened and fragrant.
3) In a small, heatproof bowl, melt together the chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream. Mix until the chocolate is completely smooth. Spread over the French Toast and sandwich together. Top with extra chocolate sauce and whipped cream for serving.
