Looks like a showdown on the field! This Tailgater Cheeseburger Quesadilla brings two teams into the same bite for an all star snack. Gooey cheese melted over beer, peppered Tailgater beef, wrapped in a grilled tortilla shell will have you singing "take me out to the ball game"!

Ingredients
1 Lb Ground Beef
4 Large Tortillas
24 Slices American Cheese
1 Onion- Sliced
12 Slices Tomato
1 Cup Pickle- Sliced
2 t Tailgater Ballpark Blend
Directions
Brown the ground beef in a sauté pan over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with Tailgater.
Build the quesadillas on one half of the tortilla. Place cheese slices enough to cover the one side.
Evenly spread out the ground beef, onion, tomatoes and pickles.
Season with more tailgater and finish with more slices of cheese.
Fold the empty side of the tortilla over top the filled side.
Grill over indirect heat until both sides are toasted and the filling is warm and melty.
