Grab your grill and your favorite cooler, it's game time. These Tailgater Loaded Potato Packs are coming to play at your next tailgate. Ingredients
2 Lbs Red Potatoes
2 T Cooking Oil
2 t Tailgater Ballpark Blend
1/2 Cup Cheese- Shredded
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Green Onion- Chopped
Directions
Dice the potatoes and place them in a large bowl. Combine with oil and Ballpark seasoning to coat the potatoes well.
Tear 4 sheets of foil, 18” wide. Fold them in half and place potatoes in the center of each.
Fold up the side to seal.
Place on the grill over indirect heat for 25-35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Open the packs with care to avoid burns.
