These fries are everything you AVO wanted! Slices of avocado, crusted in our Elote Loco breading and air fried you won’t even notice it’s not a potato! Grab a faux fry and dunk away in Elote dipping sauce! Mucho yummy!
Peel and seed the avocadoes. Cut them into fry shapes.
Set up the breading station. Combine the flour with 2 TB of Elote Loco in one bowl. In another bowl combine and whisk together the eggs and milk. In the final bowl set the breadcrumbs.
Bread the fries by dredging them in the flour, then coating them in the egg mix and finally tossing them in the breadcrumbs.
Lightly spray the air fryer tray with cooking spray. Lay the fries in the air fryer in a single layer only. Cook for 6 minutes, flipping ½ way through.
While frying, make the sauce.
Combine the mayo, sour cream, cotija cheese and 1 TB of Elote Loco and mix well.
Dip the fries in the elote dip and enjoy!
